About Us
Twenty years ago BJB Contractors started out doing groundworks, and two decades on, that hands-on approach still shapes how we work today. We’re an owner-led business based in Hereford, which means the person who quotes your job is the same person who turns up to do it – there’s no handing you off to a subcontractor once the ink’s dry, and no layers of management between you and the people actually doing the work.

Plant Hire
Not every job needs a full contractor – sometimes it’s just the right machine, for the right amount of time, with someone experienced behind the controls. We’ve supplied plant for jobs as short as a single day’s excavation and as long as multi-month projects needing continuous machine support, and the machine gets the same level of maintenance before it goes out either way.
Machinery Part Sales
Running plant and machinery day in, day out has taught us a lot about what parts and attachments hold up on site, rather than just what looks good in a catalogue. That experience now feeds into a made-to-order machinery and attachment sales service for customers across Hereford, Herefordshire and Shropshire, launched off the back of our own operations.
